When and where is the Conference?
研討會的時間地點

The conference will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC). Registration opens at 9:00 AM, and the conference officially begins at 10:00 AM.

研討會將於 2026 年 10 月 30 日（星期五）在台北國際會議中心（TICC）舉行。上午 9:00 開放報到，10:00 正式開始。

Yes. The conference is free to attend. We hope to make international exchange on comprehensive sexuality education accessible to as many people as possible.

是的，本次研討會免費參加。我們希望降低參與國際交流的門檻，讓更多人都有機會加入全面性教育的交流與討論。

Supporter Tickets are a voluntary way to contribute to the conference. They help cover costs such as the venue, international speakers, interpretation, and event operations.

Free Tickets and Supporter Tickets provide exactly the same access to the conference.

個人贊助票是一種自願協助活動的方式，贊助款將用於分擔場地、國際講者、同步口譯及活動執行等費用。免費參與票與個人贊助票的活動權益完全相同。

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.

會。完成報名後，我們會寄送確認信至你填寫的 Email，請務必確認 Email 地址填寫正確。

If you need to update your registration information, please contact the Taiwan Gender Equity Education Association at info@tgeea.org.tw, and provide your name and registration details.

如果報名後需要修改資料，請來信 info@tgeea.org.tw 聯絡主辦單位台灣性別平等教育協會 ，並提供姓名及相關報名資訊。

Agenda 議程資訊

Sessions will be conducted in different languages depending on the speakers. Simultaneous interpretation between Chinese and English, Japanese, and Korean will be available for designated sessions.

不同場次將依講者使用不同語言進行，指定場次將提供中英、中日及中韓同步口譯。

Yes. Free simultaneous interpretation will be available between Chinese and English, Chinese and Japanese, and Chinese and Korean. If you need interpretation equipment, please request it during registration. Equipment is limited and cannot be guaranteed for on-site requests.

Notice: You’ll need to leave a photo ID card with our staff in the entrance. After returning interpretation equipment, you will get your ID card back. 

有。本次研討會免費提供 中英、中日及中韓同步口譯。如需使用同步口譯設備，請務必於報名時事先登記。設備數量有限，恕無法保證現場臨時申請。

* 活動當日請攜帶有照片的身分證件至現場換取設備。證件將於設備使用完畢、確認無損後歸還。

Chinese Speech-to-Text Accessibility Service and sign language interpretation can be arranged for participants who need them. Please indicate your accessibility needs during registration so that our team can make arrangements in advance.

如有即時聽打或手語翻譯需求，請於報名時勾選所需服務，讓工作團隊能事先安排。

Absolutely. You don’t need to understand every topic before coming. Feel free to choose the sessions that interest you, listen, ask questions, and explore at your own pace.

當然可以。你不需要在參加之前就熟悉所有議題，可以從自己感興趣的場次開始，聽聽不同的經驗與觀點，按照自己的步調認識全面性教育。

Food and Meals
關於餐飲

Lunch will not be provided. Tea, drinks, and light refreshments will be available during the break. Outside food is not allowed inside the venue. Please make your own lunch arrangements and dine outside the venue.

研討會無提供午餐，茶敘時間將提供茶點及飲料。場內禁帶外食，中午敬請自行外出用餐。

Abour Certificate of Attendance
關於研習時數及參與證明

If you require teacher in-service training hours, civil servant lifelong learning hours, or a digital certificate of attendance, please scan the “Learning Hours / Certificate Issuance” QR code at the venue on the day of the conference and complete the required information. The organizer will issue the relevant hours or certificate after the event.

如需教師研習時數、公務人員終身學習時數、與會證明電子檔，請於當天至會場掃描「時數核發」QR code，並填妥基本資料，主辦單位將於會後核發。
