無障礙與友善參與

We want everyone to feel welcome and able to participate. We provide a range of accessibility and participation support throughout the conference. Some services require advance registration, so please let us know what you need when signing up.

我們希望不同身體狀況、語言與參與需求的朋友，都能自在地加入這場研討會。本次研討會部分無障礙服務需事前安排，如有需求，請於報名時告訴我們。

Accessible Venue
無障礙會場

Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) provides step-free access throughout the venue, including accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, seating areas, parking spaces, and stage access. Wheelchairs are also available to borrow at the venue. For more information about accessibility facilities at TICC, please refer to the official TICC website.

台北國際會議中心（TICC）設有無障礙出入口、電梯、廁所、觀眾席與陪伴席、停車位及舞台坡道，並提供輪椅借用等服務。更多無障礙設施資訊，請參考 TICC 官方網站說明。

Live Captioning & Sign Language
即時聽打與手語翻譯

Chinese Speech-to-Text Accessibility Service and sign language interpretation can be arranged for participants who need them. Please indicate your accessibility needs during registration so that our team can make arrangements in advance.

如有即時聽打或手語翻譯需求，請於報名時勾選所需服務，讓工作團隊能事先安排。

Interpretation
多語同步口譯

  • Chinese ↔ English
    中英同步口譯
  • Chinese ↔ Japanese
    中日同步口譯
  • Chinese ↔ Korean
    中韓同步口譯

Free simultaneous interpretation will be available between Chinese and English, Japanese, and Korean. Interpretation equipment must be requested during registration.

本次研討會免費提供中英、中日、中韓同步口譯服務。同步口譯設備需於報名時事先登記，恕無法於現場臨時申請。

Lactation & Care
哺集乳與照顧空間

A lactation room is available on the 6th floor of TICC, with a refrigerator for temporary breast milk storage. Please contact the information desk on the 1st floor for assistance.

Baby changing stations are available at the following locations in TICC:

  • Accessible restrooms on the south side of Floors 1–4
  • Lactation room on the 6th floor

TICC 6 樓設有哺集乳室，並提供冰箱暫存母乳。如有需要，可至 1 樓服務台洽詢，由工作人員協助引導。嬰兒尿布台設置位置 :

  • 1-4 樓南側無障礙廁所
  • 6樓哺集乳室

Prayer Room
穆斯林祈禱室

A dedicated Muslim prayer room is available at TICC, located on the south-side mezzanine of the 1st floor, with access outside Room 101C.

TICC 設有穆斯林專用祈禱室，位於 1 樓南側夾層，出入口位於 101C 會議室外。
