Po-Han Lee is an Associate Professor at the College of Public Health, National Taiwan University, and a board member of the Taiwan Sex Industry & Workers’ Rights Association (TSIWRA). Trained in international law and sociology, he holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Sussex, UK. His research and teaching focus on global health governance, international human rights law, gender and sexuality studies, and disability and crip studies. His work examines how law, policy, and professional knowledge shape embodied experiences and health inequalities, with particular attention to queer and disabled people, migrants, and Indigenous communities. He has also been actively engaged in public advocacy and community collaboration to promote health equity and combat discrimination.
李柏翰為國立臺灣大學公共衛生學院副教授,亦為台灣性產業勞動者權益推動協會理事。具國際法與社會學訓練,取得英國薩塞克斯大學社會學博士。研究與教學關注全球衛生治理、國際人權法、性別與性研究、障礙與酷殘研究,探討法律、政策與專業知識如何形塑身體經驗與健康不平等,尤其關切酷兒、障礙者、移民及原住民族等社群。長期投入健康平等、反歧視的公共倡議與社群合作。
