Nai-Ying Ko, PhD, RN, is a distinguished professor in the Departments of Nursing and Public Health at the College of Medicine, National Cheng Kung University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Dr. Ko is widely recognized for her advocacy of social justice, health equity, and human rights for minority populations in Asia.
柯乃熒博士（PhD, RN）現為國立成功大學醫學院護理學系暨公共衛生學科特聘教授，並為美國護理科學院院士（Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, FAAN）及英國高等教育學院資深院士（Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, SFHEA）。長期倡議社會正義、健康公平，以及亞洲少數群體的人權，並在相關領域廣受肯定。
