Asuka Someya is the Founder and Chairperson of PILCON, a youth-led organization in Japan working on sexuality education and policy advocacy. PILCON delivers lectures for young people and supporters, develops educational resources, and engages in policy advocacy, including improving access to emergency contraception. She holds a Master of Public Health and is a Certified Public Psychologist in Japan.
