Diary of the Hostess draws on the firsthand experiences of workers in Taiwan’s hostess and entertainment industry to address the working conditions, social stigma, and rights of workers in hostess clubs and related adult entertainment industries. Through cultural documentation, community engagement, and labor organizing, the organization works to amplify workers’ voices and advocates for working environments that uphold greater dignity, safety, and autonomy.
